Dubois is a really neat little western town and, as you can see, we had a good time there. The downtown sidewalks are made of wood, a river runs through town, and there are neat little shops to explore. If someone tells you the pie at the Cowboy Cafe is good, believe them! So were the sandwiches. I had grilled chicken with blue cheese, walnuts and pesto on grilled sourdough bread. Galen had grilled chicken with Brie, pecans and cranberries on grilled sourdough. We shared the pie and brought home half our sandwiches for supper. We found a geocache at a bighorn sheep museum we didn't know was there and were glad we found the cache and the museum. Interesting place!
