Utah: Moab area - July 29 and 30

Here we are at Mesa Arch in Canyonlands NP. The light on the other side of the arch was better, but the arch is on the edge of a cliff so...

You had to hike to get to Mesa Arch, but Wilson's Arch is right along side the road south of Moab. We grabbed this shot on the way to Cortez, CO.

I cannot tell a lie. Galen took the photo of Delicate Arch and I took the sunset photo a few minutes and miles down the road in Arches NP later and then put them together.

We went to Arches National Park to see the sunset. These photos were taken at Park Avenue.

We left Torrey and moved on to Moab. We drove out Potash Road and found these petroglyphs right along side the road. Note the hunters in front of and behind the huge bear.
