They not only scrap old ships in the Port of Brownsville, they build these enormous derricks.  There are two of them sitting in the Gulf that weren't there last year and we thought this might be one of them but both derricks were still out in the Gulf when this one came by.  Not sure where this one came from, but it is on its way to Brownsville and was stopped near our RV park waiting to be boarded by a channel pilot.  I got there a bit too late to get a really good photo.
